My Name’s Jack.

In my normal life I work for The LEGO Group and in my spare time I cycle, build apps and swim outdoors.

I’m not one of those super speedy cyclists. I do it because it’s fun, gets me from A/B and lets me see the world at a regular pace.

20 MILES TO GO! Today was a short easy ride along the very top of Scotland. Tomorrow we’ll ride the final 20 miles to John O’Groats. We saw so many cyclists doing the same thing today. All routes converge on this one tiny bit of land. #L
Today was like cycling on the moon. We had lunch at an incredible cafe and then for the following 38 miles it just looked like this. Nothing about, no sign of civilisation, only a handful of cars passing us. It was lucky we’d packed supplies!

We made it to Scotland! Scotland itself is ridiculously huge, so it’s going to take us another week to complete the trip, but finally going over the border this morning was amazing and the rest of the trip was like cycling through Windows XP #
Today was like cycling on another planet. The views were so vast and the hills so huge! It was also our last full day in England. We have a rest day tomorrow and then push up into Scotland on Wednesday. 449 miles to go! #LEJOG #cycling
